With over 20 years of structural strengthening experience, Oğuzhan Özgür is one of Turkey's leading names in carbon fiber column wrapping systems, specializing particularly in column strengthening projects. After graduating from Istanbul Technical University's Civil Engineering department, he completed his master's degree in structural strengthening. He has successfully completed over 300 column strengthening projects and contributed to numerous academic studies. He specializes in the repair of earthquake-damaged columns, retrofitting of inadequately reinforced columns, and the application of modern FRP technologies to columns. As a co-founder of the Column Strengthening company, he has ensured the successful completion of many critical projects throughout Turkey.
